  1. Lantern - the central motif is the lantern that was hung in the steeple to warn Colonists of the arrival of the British
  2. One If By Land - depicts Paul Revere's historic ride
  3. Two If By Sea - Boston Harbor in 1775
  4. Boston Massachusetts - steeple of Old North Church and portions of the City's Seal
  5. Boston England - seal of sister city in England, steeple of St. Botolph Church, and a British ship
  6. Presidential Seal - honors President Ford's visit and address to nation from the pulpit during the United States Bicentennial
  7. Queen Elizabeth - honors Queen Elizabeth II who was the first reigning British monarch to visit Boston

Pulpit fall - Flames and Cross motif 24" x 26", worked on 18-count canvas with silk and metal threads

Bible markers - two 32" markers, companions to the pulpit fall

Altar cloth - 47" x 36" cork linen stitched in basketweave, Rhodes half-drop, and Pekinese stitches with cordonnet and linen threads -- white on white

Bishop's chair - symbol on the back is "IHS," worked in gold-colored Medici wool on a blue trellis-patterned background

Vicar's chair - Chi Ro symbol on the back is worked in gold-colored Medici wool on a blue trellis-patterned background
