Four Trip Herringbone - Squares 1, 14, and 20

Make sure to compensate as indicated on the chart.

For Squares 1 and 14 work in horizontal rows as charted; for Square 20 work in vertical rows.  This is most easily accomplished by turning your canvas so the top of the design is on the left side.


4-TripHorizontalSquare 1, Color C:

Work in horizontal rows as charted.

  • Trips 1 and 3 (gray lines), 3 strands overdyed
     
  • Trips 2 and 4 (black lines)
    • Top and bottom rows, #8 Kreinik braid
    • Middle row, #8 pearl cotton

Square 14, Color B

Work in horizontal rows as charted.

  • Trips 1 and 3 (gray lines)
    • Top and bottom rows, 3 strands overdyed
    • Middle row, #16 Kreinik braid
       
  • Trips 2 and 4 (black lines)
    • Top and bottom rows, #8 Kreinik braid
    • Middle row, 3 strands overdyed
